- Ensure all shuttering work complies with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and building codes
- Ability to work with various carpentry tools and shuttering equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor in different weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work site
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in carpentry or formwork is a plus
