Showroom Sales Manager (ELV/IT/Technology)
FLORA GROUP seeks a Showroom Sales Manager (ELV/IT/Technology) to manage customer inquiries, provide technical solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field and 3-5 years of sales experience in ELV, IT, or technology-related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and enquiries professionally and identify their ELV/IT requirements.
- Provide solutions covering CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Networking, Wi-Fi, Structured Cabling, Smart Home, Audio-Visual, IT Equipment, and related ELV systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, applications, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and sales orders accurately and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively identify opportunities to increase showroom revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and other market contacts.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers and develop strong customer relationships.
- Ensure showroom displays, demo equipment, product information, and pricing are properly maintained and updated.
- Record customer enquiries, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM/ERP system and submit required sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
