Role Overview
Seeking a Software Business Analyst with software-development project experience and hands-on functional testing and UAT capabilities.
The role translates business needs into clear and testable system requirements while coordinating with customers, project managers, developers, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements workshops and meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional diagrams.
- Identify requirement gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and edge cases before development.
- Clarify requirements with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Validate delivered functionality and report defects clearly.
- Support customers during UAT, manage feedback, and resolve issues before sign-off.
- Support change requests, impact analysis, and scope clarification.
Required Skills and Experience
- Arabic and English fluency, spoken and written, is stated as mandatory.
