Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive – Fit-Out to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales, assisting clients with interior fit-out and furnishing solutions, and generating business opportunities through walk-in clients, consultants, and contractors.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, or related construction materials.
Key Responsibilitiessales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fit-out solutions and products.
- Promote showroom products including joinery, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, flooring, and interior solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom revenue.
Client Coordination
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for approvals.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and designers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Showroom Operations
- Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation standards.
- Maintain updated product knowledge and pricing information.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement/store teams.
Business Development
- Generate leads through showroom visitors, referrals, and networking.
- Identify opportunities for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Support promotional activities and showroom campaigns.
Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
- Update CRM and sales pipeline regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, fit-out, furniture, joinery, or interior solutions.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC market preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-service-oriented personality with sales ability.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
