We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager for the furniture industry to oversee showroom operations, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of furniture products, interior trends, sales management, and showroom presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the furniture showroom.
- Lead and supervise showroom sales staff to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers with furniture selection, product details, and design recommendations.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure furniture layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze showroom performance.
- Train showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project teams, and suppliers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the furniture industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager in the furniture, home décor, or interior industry.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of furniture products, materials, and interior design concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- UAE/GCC furniture industry experience preferred.
- Experience in premium furniture retail or fit-out industry is an advantage.
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per hour
