Business Development Manager - Interior Fit out Industry

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
• Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry
• Strong network within the UAE market (consultants, contractors, developers)
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
