Your Responsibilities
- Provide information about products or services when needed.
- Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM
- Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to

- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent verbal communication
- Listening and telephone skills
- Organized and customer focused
- Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to be able to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
