About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations and general ledger activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee month end and year end closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, fit out, joinery or Contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
