Role Description
This full-time remote role supports the association's online presence and digital initiatives.
The role focuses on Shopify storefront management, web content, digital communication, and basic performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Shopify storefront, including products, course information, collections, pricing, and descriptions.
- Create and publish web content and optimize pages for clarity and usability.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and schedule campaigns.
- Support digital communication across email, social media, and web channels.
- Monitor basic performance in Shopify and related tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a consistent, professional online experience aligned with the organization's brand and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Content management, web content writing, and content strategy skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO best practices, and analytics tools; related sector experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools and the ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
