BWXT Medical develops, manufactures, packages, and delivers medical isotopes and radiopharmaceuticals.
Position Overview
The Shop Supervisor leads and supervises day-to-day shop personnel activities.
The role is accountable for safety, quality, productivity, cost, and schedule objectives.
Location and Schedule
- The position is on-site in Cambridge, Ontario.
- The shift is to be determined.
Safety Compliance
- Hold safety meetings, perform monthly safety audits, and issue maintenance work orders for unsafe or malfunctioning machinery.
- Conduct toolbox talks, accident investigations, safe observations, and personal protective equipment training.
Schedule and Production
- Work with schedulers to achieve daily targets and on-time delivery commitments.
