Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pizza restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a pizza restaurant or similar concept
