About The Role

We are expanding our Dubai office and looking for a **B2B Sales Manager** who knows how to open doors, build partnerships, and close deals.

This role is for people who want more than just a salary

you will directly influence revenue, growth, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and expand B2B partnerships (retail, distributors, key accounts)
  • Generate new business through outreach, networking, and deal-making
  • Negotiate and close high-value agreements
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and results
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English (strong communication & negotiation skills)
  • Experience in B2B sales (retail/FMCG/distribution is a plus)
  • You know how to close not just talk
  • Ambitious, driven, and performance-focused
  • You think in revenue, not in tasks
