Role Purpose
The Shop Manager supervises store operations to ensure exceptional customer service, sales performance, and profitability.
The role manages inventory, maintenance, staffing, budgets, customer orders, and the shop's external appearance.
The manager ensures operations align with company objectives and brand standards.
Store and Customer Operations
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and customer complaints.
- Greet customers, provide assistance, and resolve needs and complaints in line with service standards.
- Ensure store licenses, certificates, and employee official documents are current and compliant.
- Coordinate customer orders from placement through driver handover with warehouse and internal teams.
Inventory and Sales
- Oversee receiving, shipments, cycle counts, stock movements, transfers, damaged items, returns, and shrinkage.
- Analyze sales performance, top-selling items, missing sizes, collection rotation, and replenishment needs.
- Place accurate orders and meet stock performance, sales, and sell-out objectives.
- Optimize inventory levels and product assortment based on customer demand and sales trends.
