Job Purpose
Lead development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of customer-facing digital commerce platforms across multiple brands and markets.
Own product roadmap execution, platform operations, stakeholder alignment, vendor partnerships, and digital initiative delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce roadmaps for front-end platforms in line with business objectives, customer needs, and market expansion plans.
- Lead the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and prioritization through development, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
- Coordinate delivery across Trading, CRM, SEO, Creative, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
- Resolve critical platform incidents and maintain service continuity.
- Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress tracking, resource alignment, and release governance.
- Monitor site performance, order management, payment gateways, and customer-facing platform health across regional storefronts.
- Manage third-party integrations, technology partnerships, vendor agreements, budgets, and contract renewals.
- Evaluate platform metrics, report delivery status and risks, adopt AI productivity tools, and lead team recruitment and development.
