Position Overview
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee warehouse operations, specifically managing loaders and pickers to ensure all trucks are loaded and dispatched on time with no delays. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, maintain momentum throughout the shift, and step in proactively to resolve issues as they arise. Flexibility, humility, and strong people skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure there are no delays in picking or truck loading operations
- Oversee and lead loaders and pickers to maintain continuous workflow
- Confirm trucks are loaded, dispatched, and leave on schedule
- Monitor schedules and ensure adherence while adjusting as needed to meet operational demands
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent disruptions
- Motivate employees through effective communication and relationship-building
- Remain available and responsive beyond scheduled hours when work is unfinished
Experience & Qualifications
- Must have the Core Values: 100MPH, Owning it, Positivity, Power of We, and Embracing Challenges
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required (warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong operations background preferred; shipping or logistics experience not mandatory
