Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Handle logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs authorities to resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and provide updates.
- Review and process shipping invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in managing warehouse inventory, tracking goods in transit, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and manage shipping logs, reports, and schedules.
- Provide administrative support related to logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and coordination roles, preferably within logistics or shipping.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be on a visit visa and ready to join immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management will be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month.
Work Schedule
