Job Overview

  • Fales Grand General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in the tire industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa and other overseas markets.
  • This is a UAE based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive tire sales in the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa and other overseas markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, present products and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential areas of growth.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the tire industry within the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and other overseas markets.
  • Strong client list and database within the tire industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • In depth understanding of the tire market business in GCC, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and overseas regions.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and retain long term business.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different regional markets.
