Manage shipping documents, support international shipments, and help ensure compliance with trade and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance teams.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers where required.
- Process bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Track shipment documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain shipping records, reports, and document control procedures.
- Support customs and export documentation activities where applicable.
- Monitor documentation timelines and operational KPIs.
- Help resolve routine shipping documentation issues.
- Prepare operational reports and management updates.
- Support process improvements and cross-functional logistics and trade projects.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of shipping documentation and international trade processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- ERP, shipping platform, or Microsoft Office experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with bills of lading, export documentation, customs procedures, or Incoterms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
- UAE or GCC logistics experience is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant logistics or international trade certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
