Import Operations
- Receive import booking details from suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and provide approved agent details.
- Follow up on shipment schedules, shipping documents, and cargo status.
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities.
Export Operations
- Receive export booking requests from the sales team.
- Coordinate shipment movement from the UAE to GCC countries.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, documentation, and shipping requirements for each GCC region.
- Coordinate with transporters, clearing agents, and logistics partners to support timely delivery.
- Monitor export shipment status and provide updates to relevant teams.
Documentation and Coordination
- Verify and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading or airway bills, certificates of origin, and customs documents.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly shipment summaries and reports to the team leader and management.
