Accounting Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, trial balance, and finalization of financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports and statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform general ledger, intercompany, and other account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile POS transactions and invoices with general ledger postings.
- Monitor royalty charges and shared service allocations.
- Review and verify company payments, documentation, and accounting treatment.
Assets, Payroll, and Working Capital
- Manage fixed assets, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
- Handle payroll and WPS accounting, including accurate postings and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
Analysis, Audit, and Controls
- Perform financial and variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure accounting transactions comply with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Knowledge of accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements is required.
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, WPS, accounts payable, and accounts receivable is required.
- The role requires financial and variance analysis capability and coordination with external auditors.
