- Lead and supervise front of house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all opening, service, and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the restaurant
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and promptly
- Support training and development of new and existing team members
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets, labour efficiency, and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company policies
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and ordering as required
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a hands on approach
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or senior front of house team member in a busy, quality driven restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
- Confidence working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive, positive attitude with willingness to lead from the floor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join the team at LOWE Restaurant, ideally with a background in high standard hospitality venues.
