- Control costs by minimizing waste, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient resource use
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and proper stock storage
- Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP requirements at all times
- Ensure WHS policies are followed and promote safe work practices
- Support training, staff development, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overall operations
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in an Assistant F&B Manager role
- Background in restaurants or venues with strong service standards
- Excellent presentation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Team oriented with ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Experience training and supervising staff
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Local knowledge or pre opening experience is a plus

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at LOWE Restaurant, ideally with a background in high standard hospitality venues.
