About the Role

  • We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join the NASAB team.
  • This role sits at the heart of our space, acting as the first point of contact and the face of NASAB.
  • This position is ideal for someone with experience in reception, office administration, reservations, or hospitality.
  • The FDA is responsible for front of house operations, member support, and daily administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and visitors, and manage visitor/guest registration.
  • Ensure the reception/Animator desk is fully operational at all times.
  • Support the Community Management team in creating a welcoming, collaborative environment.
  • Monitor and manage app bookings, guest bookings, and visitor logs daily.
  • Coordinate communication between operations teams regarding bookings and scheduling.
  • Organize daily operation sheets and ensure timely updates.
  • Conduct member orientations and space tours when required.
  • Provide support for NASAB events and activations when needed.
  • Manage photography room bookings and equipment rentals.
  • Handle cashiering duties for NASAB services when required.
  • Monitor and update the Nexudus CRM system daily.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, reception manuals, checklists, and operational documents on SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, reception, reservations, or administrative roles.
  • Previous sales experience in hospitality, marketing, or events is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and community focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of service excellence and member experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
