About the Role
Lead shift operations and ensure production plans are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and according to approved quality standards.
Supervise production personnel, maximize manpower and equipment utilization, monitor material consumption, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and HSE teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the assigned shift production plan safely, on time, and in full.
- Lead production personnel and maximize manpower and equipment utilization.
- Ensure products meet approved quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize production waste.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Prepare shift reports and handover notes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in the concrete products or building materials industry is preferred.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
