About the Role
Lead the sales team and drive business growth across blocks, interlock, pavers, and specialty concrete products.
Achieve sales targets, develop key customer relationships, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with customer service, dispatch, and production planning to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Support customer negotiations, complaint resolution, and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in the concrete products industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
