Role Overview
Shift Engineer in the Engineering Department, reporting to the Engineering Manager at Shebara Resort.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of hotel plants, equipment, air-conditioning, and other systems.
Maintain engineering and maintenance activities to professional standards, prioritizing guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily work schedules, scheduled maintenance, guest requests, and emergency responses.
- Collaborate with operational departments to enhance performance.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, water, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Coordinate external contractors and assist inspectors during hotel inspections.
- Complete other tasks needed for seamless operations.

Requirements
- Ability to inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, water, and fire safety systems.
- Ability to respond to guest requests, emergencies, and scheduled maintenance needs in a hotel environment.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors and support inspections.
