Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint solutions by analyzing requirements, information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Code, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Implement out-of-the-box and custom SharePoint-based components.
- Participate in design reviews and provide practical ideas and solutions in a team environment.
- Work in a team that practices SCRUM or Agile methodologies.
- Work under guidance while learning and adapting to new technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–9 years of experience in a development role supporting Power Platform applications.
- Experience developing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online and building complex solutions, workflows, forms, and applications.
- Experience with software development, unit testing, debugging, code reuse, program modification, or purchased-solution integration.
- Ability to document and demonstrate solutions through documentation and code comments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
