Common Requirements
- Hands-on SAP Master Data operational or end-user experience is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG is preferred rather than mandatory.
- The role emphasizes execution, maintenance, validation, and data-quality work rather than implementation, development, or consulting.
Material Master Data Associate
- Create, maintain, and validate material and production master data in SAP.
- Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Handle day-to-day master data requests and resolve data issues.
- Support master data governance and operational activities.
Customer Master Data Associate
- Create and extend customer accounts in SAP.
- Maintain customer address, sales, shipping, and billing details.
- Handle customer listing, delisting, account blocking, and deactivation.
- Validate requests, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Perform duplicate checks and maintain data accuracy.
Production and Quality Master Data Associate
- Create, maintain, and validate quality and production master data in SAP.
- Handle Quality Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, and Reference Operation Sets.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and correction activities.
- Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve data issues.
