Role Overview
The Settlement Desk Helper supports daily settlement activities, transaction records, documentation, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily settlement and transaction administration activities.
- Review settlement information for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain organized transaction records and supporting documentation.
- Track pending settlements, exceptions, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate information between operations, finance, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare basic settlement summaries and operational reports.
- Escalate unusual or unresolved issues to appropriate team members.
- Support process improvements that enhance accuracy and turnaround times.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling financial and business information.
