Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Servicing QC Specialist to join our operations team. This role requires expertise in auditing servicing activities, identifying process gaps, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and investor requirements. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining servicing accuracy, minimizing risk, and supporting audit readiness. In addition, the specialist will be responsible for tracking and managing exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of discrepancies to strengthen overall servicing quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Conduct QC reviews across servicing functions including payment processing, escrow administration, default management, and claims.
- - Validate compliance with HUD/FHA, GSE, and investor requirements through systematic audits.
- - Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and fraud prevention.
- - Prepare QC reports summarizing findings, trends, and corrective actions.
- - Track and manage exceptions by documenting discrepancies, monitoring resolution timelines, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
