Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all non academic services within the school, including facilities, transport, catering, security, and cleaning
- Maintain high standards of service delivery, safeguarding compliance, and supporting the school’s operational excellence in line with UAE regulations
- Manage multiple third party vendors and service level agreements
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract/services management or a related field
- Recognised Health and Safety certification and auditing such as NEBOSH/IOSH/ISO
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a facilities, operations, or services management role—preferably in a school, university, or large institution
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple third party vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, transport, and security)
- Experience ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, including KHDA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and RTA
- Proven record of managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills and experience in working with multinational teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of integrity

Role Description
- To ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all non academic services within the school, including facilities, transport, catering, security, and cleaning.
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery, safeguarding compliance, and supporting the school’s operational excellence in line with UAE regulations and strategic objectives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract/services management or a related field.
- Recognised Health and Safety certification and auditing such as NEBOSH/IOSH/ISO.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a facilities, operations, or services management role—preferably in a school, university, or large institution.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple third party vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, transport, and security).

Selection Process
