- Monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives, product promotions, and after sales support
Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing service contracts
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management, preferably within automotive, industrial, or diesel machinery sectors
- Technical understanding of diesel fuel injection systems, turbochargers, diagnostics, or related equipment
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience in technical sales will be considered
- Proven track record in field sales or service sales within the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, travel to customer locations
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
