- Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to understand project requirements
- Promote company's landscaping, swimming pool, outdoor living, interior fit out, maintenance, and smart home solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project timelines
- Maintain CRM database and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
Requirements
- Experience in sales within residential, commercial, or construction sectors
- Ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to understand project requirements
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events
- Promote the company's landscaping, swimming pool, outdoor living, interior fit out, maintenance, and smart home solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation and design teams
- Present company capabilities and project portfolios to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project timelines
- Follow up on quotations until project award
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Operations, and Project teams during project execution
- Monitor project progress and maintain client satisfaction throughout project completion
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
- Identify upcoming construction and villa projects
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and revenue
Reporting
- Maintain an updated CRM database
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports
- Track sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities
- Support management with sales analysis and business development plans
