Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and construction sectors.
- Develop relationships with villa owners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and property management companies.
- Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to understand project requirements.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events.
Sales & Client Management
- Promote the company's landscaping, swimming pool, outdoor living, interior fit out, maintenance, and smart home solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
- Present company capabilities and project portfolios to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project timelines.
- Follow up on quotations until project award.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Operations, and Project teams during project execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and maintain client satisfaction throughout project completion.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Identify upcoming construction and villa projects.
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Reporting
- Maintain an updated CRM database.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Track sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities.
- Support management with sales analysis and business development plans.
