Experienced in one, or more, the following preferred areas: Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS)
