- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful ServiceNow SPM implementations
- Lead discovery workshops, gather and document business requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years with ServiceNow
- Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, Goals & Objectives, and Portfolio Management
- Experience leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging business and executive stakeholders
- ServiceNow SPM implementation experience is mandatory
- CSA and CIS SPM certifications are highly preferred

Job Overview
