- Support the implementation and operationalization of data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist in the identification, documentation, and management of data assets across business and technical domains
- Support the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, business glossaries, metadata repositories, and data catalogs
- Participate in data quality assessment, profiling, monitoring, issue identification, and remediation activities
- Assist in documenting data lineage, data flows, data ownership, and stewardship assignments
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, data analytics, database administration, reporting, or related fields
- Understanding of data lifecycle management concepts and data governance principles
- Basic knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data structures
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Data Management & Governance Officer to support the implementation of a large scale Data Management and Governance Program within a leading organization in KSA.
- This role is ideal for candidates with early to mid level experience in data management, databases, business intelligence, analytics, or information management who are looking to build their expertise in enterprise data governance and data management practices.

- Professional certifications related to data management, analytics, or governance are considered an advantage
