- Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting business requirements
- Ability to work with architects and developers, support solution design and UAT
- ServiceNow SPM implementation experience mandatory
- CSA and CIS SPM certifications highly preferred

Job Overview
- Seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with hands on experience delivering end to end SPM implementations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years with ServiceNow.
- Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM: Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, Goals & Objectives, Portfolio Management.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- ServiceNow SPM implementation experience mandatory.
- CSA and CIS SPM certifications highly preferred.
