About the role
NewRocket is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
The role leads architecture, design, and delivery of scalable asset-management solutions that improve lifecycle visibility, governance, compliance, and technology investment outcomes.
The architect acts as a technical advisor to clients and delivery teams, translating business requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
Solution architecture and advisory
- Serve as the primary technical contact for ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM delivery.
- Lead engagements from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, deployment, and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Translate requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, implementation plans, and roadmaps.
- Advise on asset lifecycles, governance, data quality, compliance, and optimization.
HAM and SAM delivery
- Architect HAM solutions covering request, procurement, receiving, stockroom management, assignment, inventory, transfer, refresh, return, retirement, and disposal.
