Role Overview
The Project Manager manages assigned technical projects and project segments while providing knowledge and control across the aggregate effort.

Agile and Team Leadership
- Guide project teams and clients in Agile and Scrum practices and values.
- Coach teams toward sustainable Scrum maturity and effective self-organization.
- Remove impediments and facilitate discussion, decision-making, conflict resolution, and information transparency.
- Support the Product Sponsor with product backlog grooming and maintenance.
- Provide servant leadership and lead by example.
Project Delivery
- Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery.
