Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management Service Catalog Mobile App Virtual Agent
  • Incident Management

  • Configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Create SQL and LDAP queries to connect and retrieve data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and Active Directory.
  • Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
  • Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator ./ CAD Certified.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
  • JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS.
  • SQL and LDAP query creation.
  • Web Services integration.

Behavioral Competencies

Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.

Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).
