ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.

Configure and customize risk and control frameworks , including risk identification, assessment, scoring, and mitigation workflows.

Implement and manage Policy and Compliance Management , ensuring policies are defined, enforced, and audited effectively.

Develop and maintain Issue Management and Exception Management processes .

Configure Audit Management workflows including audit planning, execution, findings, and reporting.

Implement and manage Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes including assessments and continuous monitoring.

Develop business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows .

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (security tools, regulatory systems, third-party risk platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track risk posture and compliance status.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IRM solutions.

Provide L2/L3 support , troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
