Overview
You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality on-site technical services.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of power transformers at customer locations, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Conduct inspections and diagnose faults in power transformers at customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oil-filled and dry-type transformers.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Utilize specialized testing equipment (TTR, Insulation Resistance, SFRA, DGA, etc.).
- Prepare detailed technical reports after each service visit.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at service sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and technical practices.
- Travel within the Kingdom to support field operations as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in power transformers or related field service work.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of transformer operation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with transformer testing equipment and diagnostics.
- Solid technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in field environments and under pressure.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools is an advantage.
