About the Role
Halliburton is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor for Slickline Operations in Abu Dhabi to lead a crew in providing slickline services under all operating conditions.

Responsibilities
- Lead a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in a geographic area under all operating conditions
- Consult with customers concerning products and services, promote good customer relations at the well site, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Review the job design and confirm that the job packet includes proper equipment and processes
- Confirm that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job
- Perform all aspects of the job in compliance with HMS processes
- Apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consult with HES operations base as needed
- Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed
- Properly maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Mentor and assess service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable HSE procedures and regulations
- Complete all well site and post job paperwork
- Participate in post job review with supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in STEM discipline
- 8 Years experience as Service Supervisor into Slickline Operations
- Ability to lead a crew in providing slickline services under all operating conditions
- Knowledge of pre and post job product and service activities
- Ability to perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in STEM discipline with 8 Years experience as Service Supervisor into Slickline Operations.
