Finning Canada has one opening for a Service Performance Specialist.
The role reports to the Service Performance Manager and supports operational and OP-X performance initiatives.
Position Overview
Support service process standardization, governance, and performance initiatives across the business.
Partner with service facilities to deliver tools, initiatives, and strategies that improve facility KPIs and process consistency.
The role is based in a branch and requires travel to facilities to collaborate with leadership and frontline teams.
Service Process Development and Improvement
- Lead process sustainment and management engagements and projects using problem-solving, improvement techniques, methodologies, and project management tools.
- Deliver workshops, develop improvement plans, and execute strategies that reduce waste and improve customer and employee experience.
- Gather and document business requirements, including user stories and epics, from a broad stakeholder community.
- Support operational excellence projects through analysis and reporting of cost, resource, efficiency, and process variances.
