Job Purpose
Lead and manage Evostel's Electrical Services Business across power distribution and industrial electrical systems.
Own the service lifecycle from pre-bid support and proposal preparation through engineering, execution, testing, customer acceptance, and project closure.
Drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
Business Development and Engineering
- Support sales teams in identifying service opportunities and lead technical customer discussions during pre-bid and tendering stages.
- Review RFQs, tenders, specifications, and project requirements, and develop technical and commercial proposals and execution plans.
- Lead power distribution, protection, and electrical installation engineering activities and approve technical deliverables and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, Saudi Electricity, Aramco, SABIC, and other applicable standards.
Field and Service Delivery
- Manage field service activities, resources, schedules, productivity, quality, safety, budgets, and customer engagement.
- Supervise site engineers, service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Manage supervision, testing, commissioning, energization, verification, and acceptance for MV/LV equipment and industrial electrical systems.
- Lead retrofit, modernization, SCADA, automation, digital monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response services.
Studies and Project Management
- Lead protection coordination, arc flash, load flow, short circuit, relay, asset health, reliability, and electrical optimization studies.
- Establish project plans and schedules, manage risks and mitigation, monitor milestones, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare project progress reports and executive updates and conduct close-out and lessons-learned reviews.
Leadership and QHSE
- Ensure compliance with company and customer health, safety, and environmental requirements and promote safe work practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering, commissioning, and field service teams and establish performance objectives and KPIs.
- Manage department budgets, operational costs, margins, productivity, business planning, and recurring service revenue growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering and field services.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Extensive MV/LV power distribution experience and a strong background in testing, commissioning, protection systems, and industrial electrical projects.
- Experience serving industrial, utility, infrastructure, petrochemical, or commercial customers and a proven record managing engineering and field service teams.
Service Environment
- The role manages engineering and field service activities across customer sites and industrial electrical projects.
