Responsibilities
- Conduct daily onsite safety briefs and complete Daily Hazard Analysis forms
- Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure tools and materials are available
- Complete projects per scope, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate scheduling and execution of projects
- Manage field personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
- Track and monitor project inventory
- Maintain highest quality on site customer relations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EEO, EPA, and other regulations
- Provide accurate and timely job information including daily job logs and billing information
- Train employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in a similar role leading teams and technical solutions
- Thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster
- 10 Hour OSHA Card
- High School Graduate or equivalent

General Purpose of the Job
- WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.
- As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Service Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
- Travel will be required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program.
- Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
- Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools.
- Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form.
- Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
- Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates.
- Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents.
- Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs.
- Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects.
- Manages field personnel, including recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining.
- Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.
- Maintains highest quality on site customer relations.
Experience
- 5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- 10 Hour OSHA Card
- 30 Hour OSHA Card (not required but will be provided once hired)
Equipment Operator Certifications

- Scaffolding
Other Skills And Abilities
- Effective training/education of others and proper/appropriate communication
Salary Range
- The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $85,000.
