About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
- Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project, including communication with Supervisor, Sales Rep, crew, and customer.
- Efficiently manage projects including crew start/end times, daily productivity, and ensuring tools and materials are available.
- Complete end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality of workmanship and address punch list items.
- Ensure all Field Reps have a professional appearance and customer interaction.
- Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed.
- Provide pricing for self performing projects over $12,500.
- Submit proposals over $20,000 to Supervisor for review and approval.
- Monitor and manage Field Reps, consult with Supervisor to resolve employee issues.
- Coordinate with Supervisor to create project schedules.
- Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections.
- Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
- 30 hour OSHA certification
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Thoroughly familiar with built up, EPDM, PVC, and other low slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors a

Salary and Benefits
- The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
