Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on Air‑Cooled and Water‑Cooled Chillers, including screw, scroll, and centrifugal systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in chiller and HVAC systems. • Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization. • Manage site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams. • Support upgrades, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency improvements in existing data centre cooling infrastructure. • Review technical drawings, submittals, and project documents for accuracy and compliance. • Maintain detailed service reports, performance logs, and documentation for all equipment. • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer operational protocols. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. • Interface with customers regularly to provide updates, clarify technical issues, and ensure completion of service and project tasks. • Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues. • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, project management, engineering) for seamless service and project delivery.
