About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer (Biomedical) to join our medical equipment company in the UAE. You will install, maintain, and repair medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Install, commission, test, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards
- Assist in product demonstrations, installations, and user training when required
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company policies during service activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 1 3 years of UAE experience in maintenance and servicing of medical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments
- Valid UAE driving license and car
